User Data Deletion Instructions
Users and businesses can request deletion of data associated with their SABSUS account or Instagram integration.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion, email support@sabsus.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Include the business name, connected Instagram username, and email used with SABSUS if available.
What SABSUS Deletes or Anonymizes
SABSUS will delete or anonymize Instagram integration data, including connected account identifiers, tokens, comment webhook logs, message and reply logs, and related integration metadata, unless retention is required for security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
Revoking Access
Users can also revoke app access from their Instagram or Meta account settings.
